This year, we are proud to present the Boot Memorial Hero & Remembrance Run Display. While there will be no run, we encourage everyone to visit this powerful tribute to our fallen heroes, especially on September 11th.

We are proud to present this year’s Boot Memorial Hero & Remembrance Run Display. While there will be no run, we encourage everyone—military and civilian alike—to visit this moving tribute, especially on September 11th.
This event honors the 8,000+ service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice since September 11, 2001. The display will remain open 24 hours a day until it is taken down on September 13th at 6:00 AM.
How You Can Help:- Donate Old Boots: We need boots with an empty water bottle inside (cap on) and the bootlace attached. Drop-offs begin September 4th at the corner of Enterprise and O'Kane, and they’ll be safe even if no one is there.
- Volunteer Support: Volunteers are needed to assist with the display breakdown on September 13th at 6:00 AM. Check our Facebook page for more details.
- Water Donations: We need cases of water to help keep our volunteers and service members hydrated during setup and breakdown. Please reach out if you’re able to donate.
Base Access: Please note that base access credentials are required to visit the display.
We’re operating without one of our key teammates, Candice, who has always been instrumental in creating the tags. Please bear with us as we manage requests; she’ll be supporting us from afar, but her absence will be deeply felt.
