As soon as all runners and walker take off we will need volunteers to immediately begin to take the boots off the route behind them so we can behind to assemble them in the final display that will stay up u til 13 Sept.

About the event
We are looking for volunteers to help pick up boots immediately after the run begins, all volunteers who have trucks will be directed to park in a specific location so you will have easy access to your vehicle as soon as the event starts, once everyone takes off we will have the trucks and volunteers walking start to grab the boots and bring them back to the original starting location. Additional volunteers will be putting the boots in a static display at the same time until finished. As people finish running they tend to jump in and assist so we historically are done by 1100.
All volunteers should arrive on island by 0530 so we can have a quick meet up and be staged and ready before everyone starts arriving.
